Who Can Enroll?
To qualify for these programs, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Have completed at least 10 years of basic education or hold an ALS certificate with a Grade 10 equivalency.
- Be a Filipino citizen.
Required Documents:
- Two (2) pieces of 1x1 ID photos (white background).
- Two (2) passport-size ID photos with a nametag, white background, and formal attire.
- Three (3) photocopies of your birth certificate or marriage certificate (if married).
- Three (3) photocopies of your Transcript of Records (TOR), Form 137, or Form 138.
- Six (6) photocopies of a valid ID with three original signatures on each copy.
- One (1) updated resume.
- Two (2) copies of the Practicing COVID-19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace certificate (available at https://e-tesda.gov.ph/).
